It is reported that Russia will release a new version of export duties for nickel and cooper.
In July, the Russian Finance Ministry proposed to draft zero-export duties if nickel price feel below US$12,000/ton, and will charge up to 30 percent when nickel price exceed US$20,000/ton.
In addition, the export tax for cooper will be introduced at 10 percent of the custom value.
