Recently, South Korea’s steel customers have kept purchasing the imports of hot rolled (HR) products from China's steel makers, affected by the devastating earthquake in Japan and the possible price soaring in the near term.
It’s learned that 15,500 tons of HR products produced by China's Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp. (Wisco) have been delivered to South Korea’s Posco recently.
This is the second time that Wisco exported HR sheet to Posco after the delivery of 18.3 thousand tons of HR sheet with thickness of 2.0mm in September, 2010.
