South Korea’s Posco is going to release the new price policy for April delivery in next week. It’s said that the company intended hiking the hot rolled (HR) steel prices largely by US$130/ton.
Industry sources indicated that Posco might increase the prices sharply, driven by the fact that Japan’s short supply of high quality steel flat products after the devastating quake hit the country.
