Reportedly, Sundance Resources has invested AUD 600 million in iron ore mine with the annual capacity of 21 million tons in mainly Nabemba and Cameroon, Northwest Congo Republic.
Mr. Andre Baya, the head of Sundance unit Congo Iron said that the project would lead Congo to become one of the biggest iron ore exporters in the world.
In the background, Sundance Resources holds 85% stake in the Nabemba project, the rest held by Congolese investors and the state.
